JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision the Head Men's and Women's Swimming Coach provides leadership and direction for the men's and women's swim programs. Key responsibilities will include the recruitment and development of student-athletes, while contributing to the overall educational mission of the University.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provide leadership, organization and supervision for all team practices and competitions Recruit student athletes for the men's and women's swimming program Instruct methods and strategies and coaches student-athletes in the sport Make recommendations for athletic scholarships in conjunction with athletic administration Schedule practices and contests each academic year Transport and supervise athletes while traveling to away from home contests
