We are seeking a passionate and energetic Summer Camp Sports Coach, in either Baseball, Football, Lacrosse to join our team at a children's summer camp. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching kids aged 8-17 in various sports activities, fostering their love for sports, and helping them develop their skills and teamwork abilities. You will spend your days engaging with the campers, organizing and leading sports games and practices, and providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow both on and off the field. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire the campers to have fun, stay active, and learn important values through sports.
As a Summer Camp Sports Coach, you should have experience working with children in a coaching or mentoring capacity, as well as a strong background in any of these sports such as football, baseball, lacrosse or any other popular camp activities. You must be patient, motivated, and able to create a positive and inclusive environment where kids of all skill levels feel welcome and encouraged to participate. A background in sports education or coaching certification is a plus.
