Cedar Crest College, an NCAA Division III member, is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach for Field Hockey. The Graduate Assistant will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of program management, with a focus on supporting the development and success of our student-athletes both on and off the field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in planning and leading practices, game preparation, recruiting prospective student-athletes, organizing team travel and equipment, coordinating fundraising and community service initiatives, and supporting the daily operations of the athletic program. Additional duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director based on departmental needs.
This position includes shared on-campus housing, 12 graduate credits annually, and a stipend of $2,000.00/semester (fall and spring).

· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
· Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience in women’s Field Hockey
· Admission to a Cedar Crest College graduate program
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· A valid driver’s license and applicable background clearances
· CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
