Oversees the operations of athletics facilities, including coordination of maintenance requests, renovation projects, and facility rental agreements. Manages game-day operations for all varsity sports to ensure smooth execution in accordance with Cleveland State University (CSU), NCAA, and league policies. Assists in administering the access control system for athletics facilities. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Bachelors’ degree preferably in sports management, physical education, or related field.
Four (4) years of experience in facility operations or athletic event operations in youth, club, intercollegiate or professional athletics. Experience includes any graduate assistant or internship roles.
Leadership experience.
Ability to be flexible regarding daily work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
Cleveland State University Athletics supports 19 sport programs competing at the Division 1 level with primary affiliation for most sports in the Horizon League.
