Job responsibilities:
Serve as assistant coach for NCAA Division III intercollegiate baseball program. Travel to regional and national recruiting events, identifying and prospecting potential recruits for baseball program. Perform essential coaching duties including, but not limited to on-field coaching skill development scouting of opponents practice planning Video workCoordinate office tasks such as mailings, e-mail communication, visit correspondence, travel scheduling, equipment inventory, budget oversight, social media, etc. Oversee, direct and supervise part-time staff and student-workers as needed. Support, respect, and advance the mission of Saint Mary’s University as a Lasallian Catholic institution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, required.
Master’s Degree, preferred.
1-3 years of experience coaching baseball in a high school or college setting.
May consider other acceptable equivalent combinations of training and experience.
