The Athletic Performance Coach and Fitness Center Coordinator will design, organize, implement, and supervise strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs that align with NCAA Division III compliance standards for all of SUNY Poly's varsity athletics teams. This will include: teaching proper techniques and safety for all lifts and movement drills, implementing and enforcing facilities rules, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will communicate regularly with administrators, athletic training staff, and head coaches. This position will also assist student-athletes with injury prevention training in consultation with athletic training staff.
