Long Island Soccer Club (LISC) is seeking an experienced and passionate Girls Academy (GA) Director to lead our elite-level girls' program. The GA Director will oversee the strategic direction, daily operations, and player development within the Girls Academy (U13–U19), working closely with coaches, players, families, and club leadership to ensure a high-performance, player-centered environment.
