Position Overview
Reporting to Deputy Director of Athletics/Chief of Staff, the Director of Strength and Conditioning will design and implement the strength and conditioning program for student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities
Program design, guiding student-athletes through a regimen of exercises to optimize performance and decrease injury potential; assisting with the oversight of sport-specific conditioning programs, teaching proper weight lifting, speed, agility and conditioning techniques; encouraging and motivating student-athletes to train and perform to their utmost potential, scheduling athletic teams and supervising workouts of student-athletes; player development, travel, compliance with NCAA regulations; and assisting in the implementation of rehab programs pres
