The successful candidate will be under the general supervision of the Associate Director, Athletics and ultimately responsible to the Executive Director Athletics and Recreation. The candidate will be highly motivated, display effective and positive leadership, and have superior supervision skills in directing and maintaining a successful and competitive basketball program. The role involves leading the development of the SFU Men’s Basketball program, aligning its objectives with the department's goals.
