Associate Head Cross Country and Assistant Track & Field Coach
Summary This is a full-time position assisting the Director of Cross Country and Track & Field in all phases of the specified sport program including, but not limited to, recruiting qualified student-athletes, coaching, travel arrangements, supervision of academic progress, alumni development, fundraising, home meet management and any other duties as assigned in compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA rules.
Essential Functions Assist in coaching the sport; utilize coaching and teaching methods to develop student athletes’ skills and teamwork Assist and communicate with the head coach to plan, develop and promote a highly competitive NCAA Division I program.
