Troy University is seeking applicants for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach - Strength and Conditioning. The ideal candidate will provide leadership for the program and assure the program complies with the overall objectives of the institution and the department. They will also ensure the program adheres to all applicable NCAA, conference and institutional rules and regulations. The Strength Coach position in Athletics – Football is responsible for assisting the Football Strength Coach with operating the weight room for football student-athletes; assisting in teaching/training of sound techniques to insure the safety of student-athletes; working with athletic training staff to provide injury rehabilitation; and maintaining the cleanliness of the weight room.
