Tennessee United Soccer Club is currently seeking coaches for immediate need as well as 2025-2026 Fall/Spring season. As we continue to grow as a club, we are committed to delivering a premium quality experience to our members by recruiting the right people among our staff. These are not full time positions. Out of state candidates are encouraged to apply only if you have your own relocation plan to the greater Nashville area ideally to northern side of middle Tennessee.
As an organization we pride ourselves on having staff of great character and with a focus on the development of our players and club.
We are looking for -
* Coaches of all levels. From inexperienced coaches of whom we will develop, to top level coaches with associated licensure.
* Coaches who are invested both in our players and in their own development allowing the club to grow in size and quality.

About Tennessee United Soccer Club

Founded in 2004, TUSC is a non-profit youth soccer club based out of the Goodlettsville/Hendersonville area. TUSC is dedicated to fostering an environment that encourages individual confidence and team success by providing players the opportunity to enhance their personal development through the game of soccer in our community through the core values of Character, Quality, Unity. TUSC currently enrolls over 1300 youth competitive soccer players between the age of 5 and 19. While most of the boys and girls come from the communities served by the local areas, additionally, TUSC produces players from the greater Sumner County/Middle TN/Southern KY area who participate in our various levels of soccer programs. TUSC also has programs to serve adults as well as a program for players with special needs. TUSC Girls are in ECNL RL and Boys are in NPL. TUSC also has a UPSL team.
