POSITION OVERVIEW This position is a full-time, 12-month, benefited union staff position under the supervision of the Director of Athletics. The employee serves as the coach of a varsity sport and runs his or her athletic program in accordance with Maine Maritime Academy, North Atlantic Conference, New England Men’s and Women’s Athletic Conference and NCAA rules, regulations and policies.
