The Bard College Department of Athletics and Recreation seeks a part-time Assistant Cross-Country and Track & Field Coach. The position reports to the Head Cross-Country and Track & Field Coach on all matters related to the position description listed below. Essential Duties: • Assist the Head Coach in instruction as well as various aspects of the operations of the Cross Country and Track & Field programs as assigned • Attends practices and games, assists in planning and running practices, maintaining effective communication with current student-athletes, and other duties under the supervision of the Head Coach • Assists with other matters concerning the team, including (but not limited to) recruiting, inventory, academic support, camps and clinics, executing and maintaining aspects
