This position will be responsible for all inventory items of the Men’s Tennis Team at the University of North Florida such as tennis balls, tennis rackets, tennis shoes, tennis grips, tennis clothes, and tennis strings. This individual will need to keep an accurate record of all inventory items and purchase replacement items when the inventory decreases. This position will be responsible for collecting all invoices of purchased/ordered goods and be responsible for ensuring that they are paid in full. This includes knowledge of the Workday system at the University of North Florida, the Wilson B2b portal, the Under Armour retail web service, and the ITA Tennis resources page for tracking future expenses and future invoices.
