Thiel College seeks a Director of Track and Field / Cross Country. The Director of Track and Field / Cross Country serves as both the Men’s and Women’s Head coach for our Track and Field / Cross Country Programs. The Director of Track and Field / Cross Country is responsible for all aspects of both the men’s and women’s intercollegiate Track and Field / Cross Country programs while holistically developing student-athletes to be leaders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Oversee the men’s and women’s Track and Field / Cross Country programs and supervises the day-to-day operations. •Teach/instruct student-athletes in their designated sport (primary duty of all coaches). •Monitor student-athletes academic performance and social behavior.
