The Associate Athletic Trainer is a member of the Piedmont University Athletic Department reporting to the Head Athletic Trainer.
Possible Sport Assignments: Baseball, Softball, Women’s Soccer, Men’s Basketball, Volleyball, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, and Cross Country.
Provide prevention, treatment, evaluation and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
Provide practice/game coverage for all intercollegiate sports.
Makes medical referrals for student-athletes injured as a result of athletic competition.
Provides rehabilitation services for student-athletes under the supervision of the appropriate physician.
Oversees all aspects of the Weather Tracking System including setup and training for all athletic department staff.
