Lindsey Wilson College seeks a Head Women’s Flag Football Coach. The college is a member of the Mid-South Conference and the NAIA. The head coach will direct and coordinate the planning, organizing and coaching of the women’s flag football program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruitment and enrollment of student-athletes in accordance with college policy, supervising coaching staff, in-game coaching, conducting practices, organizing team travel, monitoring student-athletes’ academic and social progress, equipment maintenance and purchases, budget management, fund-raising and administrative duties required to develop a nationally competitive women’s flag football program.
