**JOB SUMMARY** The Head Women's Lacrosse Coach is responsible for leading and managing the Women's Lacrosse program, ensuring alignment with the college's values, the Department of Athletics, NAIA regulations, and conference standards. This role focuses on recruiting student-athletes, overseeing team operations, and fostering their personal and athletic development.
