POSITION OVERVIEW This position is a full-time, 12-month, benefited union staff position under the supervision of the Director of Athletics. The employee serves as the Head Coach of the women’s wrestling team and supports the Athletic Department’s operation in a role assigned at the time of hire. The employee runs his or her athletic program in accordance with Maine Maritime Academy, North Atlantic Conference, and NCAA rules, regulations and policies.
