Are you passionate about water polo and ready to coach at the next level? We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Women’s Water Polo Coach to join our team at San Diego State University. This position will be working closely with Goalies on a daily basis, teaching and training goalkeeper skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Scout and connect with talented athletes who share our passion for the sport.
Fine-tune techniques, strategize plays, and inspire our athletes to reach their full potential.
Handle administrative tasks, coordinate logistics, and keep our program running smoothly.
Not only will you teach water polo skills, but you’ll also mentor our student-athletes.

Position Information
This is a part-time (19 hours per week), temporary position with an anticipated end date of July 31, 2025, with the possibility of reappointment.
This appointment is for a 10/12 pay-plan position. The incumbent works 10 months per year and is paid over 12 months, with December 6, 2024 - January 6, 2025 and June 16, 2025 - July 11, 2025 as the anticipated off months.
The individual hired into this role will work on campus at SDSU in San Diego.
| Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree. At least two years of high school, collegiate or junior/community college experience as an assistant water polo coach. |
