Rider University, an NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) invites applications for a Senior Associate Athletic Director, Compliance & Internal Operations. Reporting to the Athletic Director, this individual will monitor and advise all student athletes and staff on NCAA and conference rules and regulations. The successful candidate will be the primary sport administrator for several sports, pending experience and interests. The Senior Associate Athletic Director will be responsible for internal operations while overseeing student-athlete academic support. The position will serve as the primary athletic liaison with the faculty athletic representative, the registrar, admissions, financial aid, and student academic support services.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of NCAA Division I compliance experience
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Demonstrated working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in a college athletic environment and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
The position must have a demonstrated working knowledge of NCAA rules and a duty to cooperate with and furnish the NCAA, conference, or institution with truthful and complete information concerning involvement in, or knowledge of rules violations, as mandated by NCAA Bylaw 10.1.
