Performs administrative work overseeing the operations, programming activities, and
maintenance of the Tennis Centre. An employee assigned to this classification is responsible for promoting facility usage, revenue generation, and bookkeeping, evaluating and supervising the work of facility staff, facility maintenance, and tennis pro instructor contractors. The Manager ensures excellent customer service to meet patron's expectations and develops community-focused programs. As well as developing and implementing a succession plan. Work is performed under the general direction of the Recreation Program Manager and reviewed through reports, conferences, and results achieved.

Programming should consist of the following for Tennis and Pickleball:
Youth & Adult clinics, Cardio Clinics, Round-Robins, Leagues, and Tournaments.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field and two (2) years of management experience in a tennis facility, including some supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License is required. Valid United States Safe Sport certification is required. Must pass a background check which includes a polygraph. Availability required to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
