Student and Campus Life (SCL) inspires transformation in all Cornell students on their journey of individual, academic and personal evolution. The Assistant Coach for Women’s Tennis assists the Head Coach in the planning and operation of the Women’s Tennis program at Cornell University. This includes assisting with team practice and competitions, providing input on player evaluation, strength and conditioning programming, community service, video analysis, social media, and other decisions concerning team operations. The Assistant Coach also has both on- and off-campus recruiting responsibilities, to identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach.
This is a full-time, 11-month position. Starting salary range is $52,900-$59,700 for this position; final offer will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years tennis experience or equivalent combination of education and
Credentials should reflect proven success and potential in coaching, recruiting and in working with student-
A highly motivated individual with an outstanding work ethic who takes pride in being a relentless
Knowledgeable of NCAA rules and
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with video editing
Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing.
Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous collegiate coaching or playing experience, especially in NCAA Division
