Social Media Strategist
The Social Media Manager/Strategist will be charged with developing and implementing social media strategies that align with Maryland Athletics’ overall strategic priorities and guiding principles. The position will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, monitoring social media trends, analyzing data and metrics, and interacting with fans and followers. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate with staff who produce and post social media content. This individual will oversee all social media content, engagement, and campaigns across multiple platforms, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, driving fan engagement, and supporting various revenue generation
