Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in physical education, kinesiology, exercise science, health science, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred, a minimum of three years strength and conditioning coaching experience preferably at the collegiate level, current CSCS certification or equivalent certification required, certifications by Functional Movement Systems, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and/or American College of Sports Medicine preferred, availability for weekend, evening and holiday work as needed, excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task successfully, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal effectively with a wide range of constituencies. This is a 10-month, full-time position, working annually from August 1^st -May 31^st.
