The Assistant Coach, Strength and Conditioning will work within our high performance model while providing elite-level coaching to 3-5 varsity teams. Reporting to the Director of Sports Performance, the incumbent will be proficient at coaching and assessing movement, educating student athletes regarding high performance, communicating effectively with all parties within the high performance system and analyzing multiple modes of athlete monitoring including self-reported RPE/ wellness questionnaire, heart rate monitoring, GPS and force plate technology.
