- Manage all endowment recipients and donor communication for scholarship reports. - Work directly with financial aid, compliance office, and coaches to identify scholarship recipients. - Work closely with gift processing to assist with daily and weekly reporting. - Manage event planning, fund reports, budgets, and communications. - Identify and complete program needs for events, budgets, travel, reconciliations, purchase orders, endowment agreements, executive correspondence, and other areas as assigned. - Manage athletic fundraising events - Assist with donor stewardship at events and on game days
Bachelor’s degree required.
Three to five years of experience in fundraising, sales, or a closely related/comparable field.
Demonstrated success in fundraising, sales, and project management.
Ability to communicate effectively via phone and in-person meetings.
Experience in database management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Available for occasional travel including work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
