Head Men’s Ice Hockey Coach Department: Athletics Status: Exempt Job Status: Full-Time (12-month position) Reports To: Director of Athletics Lawrence University is seeking a dynamic Head Coach candidate to lead our Men’s Hockey program and make an impact on Lawrence and Division III hockey. This outstanding candidate will build upon a strong foundation and move this program forward. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in pushing our program on many levels to establish a higher level of competition, recognition, and expectations. Lawrence University located in Appleton Wisconsin, is a nationally ranked private college of liberal arts and sciences and conservatory of music. The University is a member of the Midwest Conference, Northern Collegiate Hockey Association, Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference and Midwest Fencing Conference. Lawrence currently fields teams in 24 intercollegiate sports with approximately 365 scholar-athletes and is committed to a well-balanced program promoting excellence in both. Minimum Requirements
• 5-7 years of successful coaching experience • Ability to recruit qualified men’s ice hockey student-athletes • Bachelor’s degree required
