Job Summary: To assist the head coach with all aspects of Hanover College's D-III baseball program including recruiting. Implements and demonstrates a competitive skill and spirit. Represents Hanover College within the membership of a conference and the governing body of the NCAA. Essential Functions: Assist the head coach in all aspects of the baseball program, including but not limited to, on and off campus student-athlete recruitment, scheduling of season and practice times, and implementing practices for student-athletes.
