The Head Cheer and Mascot Coach maintains control and oversight of the overall program which includes but is not limited to creating and implementing the program’s operational practices, creating and teaching routines while maintaining a high level of safety of the cheer squad through proper teaching of techniques and safety procedures in compliance with USA Cheer National Safety Standards, recruiting and selecting students to the squad, maintaining knowledge of gameday cheer trends to positively impact the fan experience, marketing, public relations, fundraising, and managing the program’s budget, including purchases and procurements. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Coach, manager and advisor of the KSA Cheer and Mascot Program (50%): thi
