The Assistant Softball Coach shall be responsible for directing and managing the softball program under the supervision of the Head Coach.
Provide oversight for the pitching staff, including but not limited to, practice plans, game-day management, conditioning, off-season programming, and scouting reports.
Prepare and post detailed practice plans for pitchers, the night before each practice.
Coordinate and utilize appropriate hitting/pitching charts, scouting reports and game film to provide feedback and prepare for opponents.
Be an active part of each practice. Providing feedback and instruction to all players.
Maintain a competitive softball program by exhibiting improvements each season.
