Under the general direction of the Women’s Volleyball Head Coach, assist in all aspects of an NCAA Division III women’s volleyball program including student-athlete recruitment, recruiting coordination, scheduling, team travel, scouting opponents, practice planning, equipment, marketing, and administration of the women’s volleyball program in full compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations. Assists head coach with the development of coaching techniques, team strategies, and player strategies.
