Position Summary: Reports to the Head Softball Coach and assist in the administration of all phases of the softball program in accordance with NCAA Division I, ASUN Conference, and Stetson University rules and philosophies. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Employment duties include, but are not limited to: •assist the Head Softball Coach in the administration of all aspects of the softball program; •work with pitcher’s in bullpens, gameday, etc. •assist Head Coach with needs on and off the field • identifies, evaluates, and recruits prospective student-athletes; • assists in pre-, in-, and post-season training, practices, and games; • assists in all areas relating to the operation of the softball program, including day-to-day administrative and operational responsibiliti
