Mount St. Mary's University has 2 open positions for part-time Assistant Women's Rugby Coach. This is an administrative position, appointed by, and serves at the will and pleasure of the President of Mount St. Mary’s University. The Assistant Coach for Women’s Rugby directly reports to the Head Coach and works with the Department of Athletics personnel. This individual will assist in overseeing all non-tuition revenue as it relates to the university athletic department. The Assistant Coach for Women’s Rugby assists in the teaching of sport of rugby to student-athletes, and provides coaching, recruitment, and retention of Women’s Rugby players for the University.
