Tennessee Wesleyan University, an NAIA member competing in the Appalachian Athletic Conference, invites applications for the position of Assistant Women’s and Men’s Soccer Coach. The assistant coach will work with the Head Coach of both Women’s and Men’s Soccer to assist in the direction all aspects of the soccer program. This is a full time, 12-month position within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: instruction, supervision, and development of the women’s and men’s soccer team; recruiting and retention of student athletes, scheduling contests, organizing team travel, monitoring annual budget, fundraising, administrative tasks, and effective communication with team members, faculty, staff, and media.
