Reporting to the Director of Athletics, The Head Softball Coach is responsible for leading the softball program at Missouri Western State University. The Head Coach directs, plans, and manages the operation of the softball program, including academic performance of student-athletes, coaching and training, recruiting, scheduling, budgeting, public relations, fundraising, and promotion.
