Purpose, Scope & Dimension of Job: The Head Women’s Volleyball Coach is responsible for providing leadership and direction of the Women’s Volleyball Program. The Head Coach will establish as a goal the encouragement of a high level of self discipline and self confidence in all the participants of the sport and ensure that the players value leadership, sportsmanship and a sense of fair play while representing Mott Community College. The official, competitive season is from August 1st through November 15th; however, the Head Coach is responsible for the program on a year-round basis.
