Job Summary The BYU Women’s Tennis Assistant Coach will assist the head coach in organizing and directing various aspects of a highly competitive, Division I women’s tennis program. Duties/Expectations Player Development and Coaching -Under the Direction of the head coach, provide coaching in both a team and individual setting to improve tennis skills -Participate in the creation of practice plans, teach private lessons to BYU team members, assist in game preparation, advise on game strategy, and provide direct coaching and assistance during games -Run practice in the absence of the head coach -Research and identify the latest trends and techniques in coaching and performing in tennis -Work closely with prospective, full-time, and return missionarie
