Assists the head coach with all aspects of the cross country/track program including home meet management, travel logistics, maintaining countable athletically-related activity (CARA) logs and practice schedules, maintaining social media accounts, practices and conditioning, player development, recruiting, public relations, and supporting the academic development and graduation of student-athletes. Perform other duties as assigned. Beyond meeting minimum requirements, candidates will be evaluated in terms of how their experience and education have prepared them for Division I assistant coaching including the academic development and graduation of student-athletes, promoting the welfare of student-athletes, recruiting, practice, conditioning, player and public relations, and fundraisi
