Expectations include, but are not limited to, development and implementation of a successful intercollegiate track & field program for both men's and women's teams for indoor and outdoor seasons. Responsibilities include all aspects of recruiting and retention of student-athletes, budget management, adherence to institutional, Gulf South Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations, supporting the vision of the CBU Athletics Department, and other duties as assigned. This position must be able to develop positive relationships with faculty, staff, students, media, alumni, and boosters while interacting successfully with department personnel and the College community.
