The Head Women’s Golf Coach is responsible for all aspects of the Women’s Golf program, including (but not limited to) practice and game preparation, recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes, hiring and supervision of assistant coach(es), budget management, fundraising, scheduling, public relations, community service, and strict adherence to all NCAA Division II, GMAC Conference and Tiffin University rules, policies and procedures. This is a 12-month full time position, flexibility with hours is needed. •Responsible for directing the planning, organizing and coaching of the Women’s Golf program. •Provide leadership and instruction in the personal and athletic development of student-athletes. •Direct and coordinate the activities of the women’s golf program
