The Head Coach, Women's Triathlon is responsible to direct and oversee all aspects of the assigned NCAA Division I sport program, including but not limited to recruiting, coaching, mentoring, supporting, and developing the student-athletes under their supervision. The Head Coach is responsible for compliance with all Conference and NCAA rules and represents La Salle University to the program’s various internal and external constituents. The Head Coach has an integral role in providing a positive experience for each student-athlete and is expected to support La Salle University’s educational philosophy and the goals of the Athletic Department as a loyal, energetic, and highly visible University representative.
