Under the general supervision of the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion/Athletics Chief of Staff, the Student-Athlete Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in promoting the comprehensive development of the student-athlete population. To help prepare student-athletes for life beyond their sport, this position works with both internal and external partners to organize and plan workshops and events related to career and professional development, diversity and inclusion, leadership, service, and personal development.
