Ripon College, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the Midwest Conference, is seeking a head swimming and diving coach. Reporting to the Director of Athletics the Head Swimming and Diving Coach will be responsible for the following duties: ?Executing and coordinating the recruiting plan for the swimming and diving program. ?Responsible for direct supervision and work out plans for the swimming and diving program. ?Coordinate home swimming and diving meets. ?Manage the annual budget, travel, and equipment needs. ?Assist the Athletic Department based on experience of candidate, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics
