The Head Coach of Hobart and William Smith Swimming and Diving is responsible for the organization and management of a highly competitive NCAA Division III swimming and diving program at Hobart and William Smith College, competing in the Liberty League. The successful candidate will serve as the head coach of both the Hobart (men) and William Smith (women) swimming and diving teams. They will oversee the HWS diving coach and swimming assistant coach. This includes teaching and coaching student-athletes for successful competition; recruiting; monitoring and supporting student-athletes’ academic success; civic engagement; planning and managing budgets and schedules; fundraising; and developing positive alumnae and parent relations.
