Purpose: Assists the Head Coach for Women’s Soccer with all aspects of coaching, recruiting, and training for athletic competition at the Division I level. Adheres to all governing procedures and regulations of the Athletic Department, University, Conference and the NCAA. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assists in the evaluation, identification, recruitment and retention of student- athletes for the Women’s Soccer Program in accordance with University, Conference and NCAA guidelines and standards. Maintains accurate records of recruiting activities as required. • Assists with training with a focus on goalkeepers. Ensures that all appropriate safety guidelines and standards are maintained. • Scouts opposing teams and analyzes film in order to create practice and game strategies. • Develops and
