The St. James FC Virginia is currently hiring for 3 U7-U12 Assistant Directors of Coaching for the 2024-2025 competitive year.  We are hiring the for the following positions and locations (please designate which locations/ position you are interested in when applying): Boys Assistant Director:  Fairfax County Girls Assistant Director:  Loudoun County Girls Assistant Director:  Fairfax County This position will report director to the U7-U12 Director of Soccer for assigned region and gender. Job duties will include: Coaching two (2) Travel Soccer teams within your designated developmental phase group for the 2024-2025 competitive season.  Team assignments will be determined by U7-U12
