The Head Women’s Softball and Student Success Coach will manage an intercollegiate softball program to include recruiting, instructing, and coaching students and coordinating various program related activities. The head coach of Women’s Softball is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Bay College and the National Junior College Athletic Association. The portion of the Student Success Coach is responsible for coordinating the supports of first year and continuing students. The Student Success Coach will develop student and employees trainings designed to improve student success. This position will assist with the overall retention and persistence goals of the College.
