Responsibilities: Responsible for providing leadership, planning, organizing and for administering all aspects of the Western’s Women’s Soccer program. The incumbent will be responsible for fostering and supporting student-athlete welfare, recruiting highly qualified student-athletes, practice scheduling and competitions, coaching student-athletes in practice and competitions, maintaining a strong academic environment, supervising coaching staff, maintaining budget, conducting and managing all facets of camps, cultivating alumni, direct involvement working with program-specific fundraising as well as participation in Athletic Department fundraising.
